Terms & Conditions — 4crickex

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 4crickex Platform is strictly conditional on meeting the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are true and will remain true for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 4crickex does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an Account, place bets, access casino games, claim bonuses, or make deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location before placing any bet or making any deposit.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of 4crickex or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the 4crickex Platform. Only one Account per individual natural person is permitted. Duplicate registrations are a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from the 4crickex Platform or any gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme that covers 4crickex.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of Bangladesh and any other applicable jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement with 4crickex.

To access the full range of 4crickex services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

Account Accuracy: You are legally responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is accurate, current, and truthful. 4crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where inaccurate, false, or misleading information has been provided, and to withhold or void any winnings associated with such an Account.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal can be processed, 4crickex requires successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves uploading a clear photograph or scan of a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method may be requested at our discretion. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement and is non-negotiable — Accounts that fail KYC will be restricted from withdrawals.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 4crickex strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify our support team immediately via in-platform live chat or at support@4crickex if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

One Account Policy: Each individual natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 4crickex at any time. If duplicate Accounts are discovered — whether created intentionally or accidentally — 4crickex reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such Accounts without prior notice, and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts.

All financial transactions on 4crickex — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 4crickex does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion required when using a non-BDT source account is the sole responsibility of the Player.

Approved Payment Methods: 4crickex currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of approved payment methods may change over time; the current list is always displayed on the Platform's banking and deposit pages.

Minimum and Maximum Limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single deposit: As displayed in the Platform's deposit interface at the time of transaction; limits may vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: As displayed in the Platform's withdrawal interface; high-volume withdrawal requests may require additional KYC documentation.

Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 4crickex Account balance in under 30 seconds in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; however, first-time withdrawals pending KYC verification may take up to 24 hours from submission of required documents.

Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name and is linked to the same identity used to register your 4crickex Account. 4crickex does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account that does not match the registered Player's name will be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal, you must have successfully completed KYC verification. If any active bonus is credited to your Account, applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of the bonus-derived balance can be requested. Real-money balance not associated with a bonus can typically be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

All bets placed on 4crickex are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing the bet.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and accepted once a confirmation message and unique bet reference number has been displayed to you by the Platform. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been accepted. 4crickex reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or evidence of fraudulent activity.

Cricket Betting Markets: 4crickex offers an extensive range of cricket betting markets covering BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, PSL, BBL, and other major international and domestic cricket competitions. Available markets include but are not limited to:

• Match winner and toss winner
• Top batsman and top bowler of match or innings
• Total runs over/under in a match or specific over
• Highest opening partnership runs
• Fall of next wicket (player dismissal markets)
• Method of dismissal markets
• In-play live betting with real-time odds updates throughout each match
• Tournament outright winner and series result markets

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket matches. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during a match at 4crickex's discretion — for example, during a wicket being reviewed by the third umpire, during a DRS (Decision Review System) review, or during any technical interruption. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a market suspension has been triggered are void.

Abandoned and Interrupted Matches: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is achievable under the relevant competition's official rules, all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. For matches shortened by weather or other interruptions where an official result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, such results will be treated as official for settlement purposes.

Match Result Settlement: All cricket match results will be settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body — such as the ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent national cricket board — within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the match. In the event of a discrepancy between 4crickex's settlement and the official result, 4crickex reserves the right to correct settlement and recalculate winnings accordingly.

Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the betting interface for each market. These limits may vary by match, market type, and whether the bet is placed pre-match or in-play. 4crickex reserves the right to apply individual maximum win caps to specific markets at its discretion.

Fraudulent Betting: Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, use automated betting software (bots), engage in match fixing, or otherwise manipulate outcomes or bet settlement will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and a permanent ban from the Platform. 4crickex may also report such activity to relevant authorities.

4crickex offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional events timed to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other major events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, as published on the Promotions page of the Platform at the time the offer is live.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. A Player must hold a verified Account in good standing to claim any bonus.
• Welcome bonuses on 4crickex are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. Full terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each welcome bonus are published on the Promotions page.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible Player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via the same or duplicate Accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms and may range from 5x to 35x the bonus amount depending on the offer type.
• Real-money balance is always wagered before bonus balance. Withdrawing your real-money balance at any time while a bonus is active will result in the bonus balance and any associated wagering progress being forfeited.
• 4crickex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a Player has active wagering progress on a bonus, the bonus balance will be removed but any wagering already completed against real-money balance will remain valid.

Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses: 4crickex employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets that exploit bonus terms to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting using bonus funds); colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements; or placing low-risk bets (such as placing opposite sides of the same market) to clear wagering requirements without genuine exposure to risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, 4crickex reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.

4crickex is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players across Bangladesh. We believe that online betting should be a source of entertainment only, and never a financial necessity or a way to escape personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated at any time from Account Settings or by contacting support.

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once a deposit limit is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

Session Time-Outs: Players may set session time reminders or hard session time-outs after which the Account is automatically logged out. This tool helps Players manage the amount of time spent on the Platform in any single sitting.

Self-Exclusion: If a Player feels that gambling is becoming a problem, they may request self-exclusion from 4crickex for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and the Player cannot access any games, betting markets, or make any deposits. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team via in-platform live chat or at support@4crickex.

Reality Checks: Players can enable periodic on-screen reminders showing their net wins and losses during the current session, helping maintain awareness of their activity levels during extended play sessions.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request closure of their 4crickex Account at any time by contacting our support team via in-platform live chat or by emailing support@4crickex. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Closure by 4crickex: 4crickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions in any material respect, including but not limited to underage access, duplicate Account registration, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal activity involving the Platform.
• Any behaviour that 4crickex reasonably determines to be harmful to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform or other Players.
• Any situation where continuing to operate the Account would expose 4crickex or its payment partners to regulatory or legal risk.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of an Account — whether voluntary or by 4crickex — all pending bets that were placed before termination and that relate to events not yet settled will be voided and stakes returned. The right to reclaim any real-money balance held at the time of termination remains subject to the outcome of any investigation into suspected breach or fraud. Where fraud or bonus abuse is confirmed, 4crickex reserves the right to withhold the entire balance.

Data Retention: Following Account closure, 4crickex will retain certain personal data as required by our internal data retention policies and any applicable legal obligations. For full details on how your data is stored and processed after Account closure, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms: 4crickex reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
